A single unbuffered /proc/<pid>/maps read can return before EOF, omitting loaded executable mappings from native custody checks. Read bounded chunks to EOF and retain the existing maximum-plus-one refusal; byte limits and native admission rules stay unchanged.

Five focused controls pass for actual complete process maps, short reads through the exact limit, maximum-plus-one refusal, empty input and invalid bounds. git diff --check passes. The branch is based on protected 8da133b and preserves the B1 adapter and receiver dependency repair byte-for-byte.

The owning plan records the sole consumed native attempt: refusal before browser/Count1 on a stable incomplete buffered tail, settled owned cleanup and unchanged immutable packet. Official LogFlushLevel = 0 and positive loaded-census persistence are separate private successor preparations; this source delivery grants no further native effect and leaves all journeys at 0/6.
