Add bounded mechanical infolog observations to the existing held-FD adapter, plus real ordinary-file buffering and short-read reproductions. Distinguish settlement-probe, exact-read-call and policy-evaluation growth exhaustion in a separate mode0600 sidecar and digest/source receipt. The F# failure schema, acceptance policy, source authority and existing runtime caps remain unchanged.
Verification: five public buffering/read/receipt controls passed. Two actual protected495 compiled F# growth controls passed in4.572s, each checking the three-evaluation ceiling and growth counters; the buffered control verifies the real sidecar receipt. Shell syntax and diff checks passed. Hosted complete-record-source qualification remains required.
Owning BARC-01.5f RP1 source window only. Record-prefix semantics (RP2), whole-operation log capacity (RP3), protected rebuild/private adoption and another separately owned native operation remain gated. Native useful play remains0/6; no engine/browser launch occurred.
