Record the accepted 0.4 producer publication and exact both-feed installed qualification. Published producer 6732 remains immutable; qualifier 20c9447 passed full PR and protected-main qualification, and original installed 39023332496 passed both feeds with independent complete data review.
Reconcile the owning plan and supersede its curated custody record. Preserve both failed installed originals, unsigned-content versus signed-envelope hash roles, measured evidence limits and cleanup unknowns. Product adoption/native journeys and overall WASM-SHARED-01/.7 remain separately open. The accepted historical qualifier does not authorize a later qualifier, replay or new publication.
Validation: exact independent closure review; Atlas validation: 24 records, all 23 baseline records byte-preserved and 8 immutable citations checked; 3 relative Markdown links checked; git diff --check. Only the plan and owning Atlas changed. Normal required CI remains the delivery backstop; no local CLR/Fable/model/browser or restore workload ran.
