Complete P3 for the declared finite headless managed scope: traversal-safe presentation, public fresh opt-in and preserving retained Template adoption, plus the separately accepted final Release structural-cost verification. Preserve the producer's prospective declaration and all twenty raw samples/24,000 checked views in a durable typed record. The actual raw label, outliers, unknown historical baseline and unavailable independent Governance verdict remain explicit; no latency/FPS/speedup/allocation ceiling is claimed.

The original P3 viewport was optional. Browser/server integration, P4, global Wizard and a later Portal-to-Portal version upgrade remain separate deferred scopes. Original resume04/resume05 custody is unchanged. This two-file documentation/evidence successor preserves every other tracked mode/type/blob row from qualified e514d01, including all runtime files; its actual assembly measurement remains bound to e514, not a rebuilt documentation head.

Validation: git diff --check, relative links, exact raw/declaration equality and artifact digest readback, recomputation of all20 counter rows/24k views, sixteen stage exits and source-byte correspondence. Canonical routine eligibility passed locally at this exact head with explicit policy; protected-base native eligibility is separate. No runtime, restore, build, acquisition or pack repeated.

architecture-map: unaffected
