This PR reconciles the registry after FS.GG.Algorithms 0.1.0 was published. Root admitted the release, and the release is ALGO-01.2's last acceptance step before Root accepts #5224. Root reviews and merges this PR.

Registry

registry/dependencies.yml is now updated: 2026-11-02:

  • Repo row algorithms (FS.GG.Algorithms).
  • New contract algorithms: version and package-version are 0.1.0, owner algorithms, consumers: []. Game.Core's exact pin and the call-site migrations are later Deliveries (ADR-0098), so nothing restores the package yet. No dependencies: edge is added.

registry/repos.yml: FS-GG/FS.GG.Algorithms joins outside-fabric with a reason, following the FsQuint precedent (ADR-0085).

  • Why: roster closure (direction A) requires every dependencies.yml participant to have a roster row or a justified exemption. The repository has no board scope, kit or build-config receiver yet.
  • Next: ADR-0098 §7 adds its roster row, as a skill producer for fsgg-skill-registry-check, when FS.GG.Algorithms.Skills exists. The algorithms-skills contract arrives at the same time.

scripts/registry_packages.py maps algorithms to FS.GG.Algorithms, so check-feed-coherence compares it on both feeds. tests/feed-coherence/run.sh gains the matching fixture row.

registry/CHANGELOG.md gets a dated section and one Entries line.

docs/architecture.md: the FS.GG.Algorithms component row and the bottom-layer diagram line now say the repository exists and 0.1.0 is published, replacing "repository not yet created". The architecture map changes in this PR, so it is updated rather than opted out.

Generated by scripts/prepare-registry --write:

  • the docs/registry/compatibility.md row;
  • the release inventory in both publishing-and-deployment skill copies;
  • that skill's digests in registry/skills.yml and registry/driver-skill-manifest.json.

docs/coordination/v1-writer-census.json rehashes the declaration-only rows for dependencies.yml, repos.yml and skills.yml. The change is data only: no new sink, writer or permission.

Release evidence

Item Value
Login preflight run 41398600754 on main at 1d37bf83: NuGet OIDC login succeeded, nothing was pushed
Tag v0.1.0 (annotated, c22b8467) at 1d37bf8378e47a3b7f576cb52549ee971099d808
Release run 41399115875: verify, publish (under the org publication-writer lock) and readback all succeeded
Feed state before push github=false nuget=false
Archive FS.GG.Algorithms.0.1.0.nupkg, sha256 eea4b9468d81e0b92eb1c242ed7cbaeb03b9437b094b7038d87e696b0c615720
publish-state githubPackagesPush: success, nugetOrgPush: success, archiveRun = run = 41399115875, mode publish
GitHub Packages release-checks: GitHub Packages holds the archive's exact bytes (whole-file sha256)
nuget.org 37 payload entries equal the archive (the repository signature and core properties excluded); listed, published 2026-11-02T06:20:53Z
Consumer restored from nuget.org alone; .NET and Fable print the same line: heap=bdac mul=-2147483648 div=2147483647 sqrt=11863283 xo=11520 seed=633975598 path=10/18

Independent re-read from fdev:

  • The retained release artifact passes its ORIGINAL_SHA256 check.
  • The nuget.org download (sha256 a7d2f475…, signed) has a payload equal to the archive. It adds only .signature.p7s.
  • A clean consumer with an isolated package cache and only nuget.org as a source restored 0.1.0 and ran on .NET (pop=1,2 asm=0.1.0.0).
  • GitHub Packages could not be re-read from this host: the local token lacks read:packages, so the request returned HTTP 403. That byte-equality rests on the run's readback job, which has packages: read.

Checks (local)

Check Result
fsgg-sdd registry validate registry/dependencies.yml valid: true, no diagnostics
scripts/check-registry-changelog.py protocol holds (top entry and updated: 2026-11-02)
scripts/check-projection.py ok: 24 coherence ids and 31 contract version literals
scripts/generate-projections --registry-only --check current
scripts/prepare-registry --check preparation current
tests/feed-coherence/run.sh 45 passed
tests/roster-closure/run.sh 92 passed
tests/skill-quality/run.sh all 60 rejection cases passed
scripts/check-v1-writer-census.py --structural PASS
tests/atlas/check.py --baseline <main sha> delivery checks pass
scripts/check-feed-coherence.py not graded locally: the local token lacks read:packages, so the org feed returned 403 for every package. CI grades it.

Atlas

There is no new record in this PR. The Fable lessons from this Delivery landed in #5230 and #5235. Capture gap: github/nuget-trusted-publishing-policy-scope records a sixteen-policy owner readout that does not include the new FS.GG.Algorithms policy. That record is owner-reported, so its successor is Root's to supply or authorize.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Add the `algorithms` repo row and contract (version and package-version 0.1.0, consumers []),
map it to FS.GG.Algorithms for check-feed-coherence, and declare FS-GG/FS.GG.Algorithms
outside-fabric until its skills producer lands (ADR-0098 §7). Release 41399115875 published
tag v0.1.0 at 1d37bf83 to the org feed and nuget.org with hosted both-feed readback.
Regenerated projections and rebound the declaration-only census digests.

Root/fdev check of 08546415:

  • Registry: a repo row (out-of-fabric, following the FsQuint precedent until FS.GG.Algorithms.Skills exists), and the algorithms contract at 0.1.0 with consumers: [] and a provenance comment (release run 41399115875, tag v0.1.0 at 1d37bf83, archive eea4b946…).
  • Feeds and docs: feed-coherence mapping, CHANGELOG and architecture rows.
  • Generated content: the regenerated release-inventory table in publishing-and-deployment (both roots), with its skills.yml sha, plus census hashes rebound.
  • Checks: all 10 required checks pass. semantic-skill-quality timed out, which is optional and inherited. closingIssuesReferences is [].
