…(Refs #4753) The telemetry-host-package source check refuses the new GitHub-hosted image because the closed selection map lists only 20261012.334.1 and 20261018.339.1. Add 20261023.334.3 with its official runner-images source bf62c713fd9c48247e2a4d3ce99a9f0554cd745e, read from the actions/runner-images tag and readme. Guard shape, census and gates are unchanged; fresh census on the image remains the qualification. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The non-required
telemetry-host-packagecheck fails on the new GitHub-hosted Ubuntu 24.04 image20261023.334.3(Unadmitted hosted image, run 40121481919). The image admission is the closed tuple map in.github/workflows/telemetry-host-package.yml(case "$ImageVersion"), documented indocs/roadmaps/learn-c2-persistent-receiver-v3.md("Closed source candidates during the hosted rollout"): an actual version must match a literal case, with an independent official runner-images source pin; unlisted images refuse; every admitted image needs its own fresh census and full source CI.Verification before adding it, read from
actions/runner-images(not the failing run): tagubuntu24/20261023.334is commitbf62c713fd9c48247e2a4d3ce99a9f0554cd745e, "Updating readme file for ubuntu24 version 20261023.334.3" (release marked prerelease). Its Ubuntu2404-Readme differs from the admitted20261012.334.1manifest only in the image version and Bazel; GCC 13.3.0, Python 3.12.3, binutils, coreutils, sudo, kernel and .NET SDK 10.0.401 are identical. Manifest versions are not custody evidence.Change: one new tuple (
20261023.334.3,bf62c713...) in the env map and the case, plus a roadmap note recording the verification and what is not claimed. The guard stays a closed map; census, SDK normalization, toolchain binding and gates are unchanged. Whether the census passes on this image is shown by this PR'stelemetry-host-packagerun if it lands on the image; no native, installed or publication acceptance is claimed.Refs #4753.
