Adds bounded advisory lifecycle evidence to the existing LEARN snapshot analyzer: retained process starts, terminals and time observations remain distinct from legitimate thread/turn multiplicity. Historical missing relations stay unknown; malformed present relations refuse. Wait coverage and critical-path qualification remain unchanged.
Preserves full identity joins while bounding diagnostics, and validates timestamps against the producer receiver contract. Includes a cited Atlas boundary record and maintained delivery-seed/manifest projections.
Validation: 61 Python tests plus the synthetic CLI passed under CPU1/1 GiB bounds; independent review accepted repaired source e4cb3ef. Earlier qualification receipts, including the caught 24:00 parser failure, remain retained. Canonical registry preparation/check and additive Atlas-history/seed preservation checks passed. Required final-head CI remains pending.
Refs #4738; parent #4647 retains native, installed and experiment acceptance. Main remains frozen at42cd9e7c for the independently owned coherent110 candidate/preflight/firstpublication; this PR may validate while that work completes.
