Owner: Programme /root is accountable; the existing canonical-coordinator integrator /root/deliver_4665 retains publication and installed-adoption implementation. Existing product and host owners retain their scopes. This continues #4677 and parent #4641 without a second assignment or planning surface.

Done when: The genuinely published compatible coordinator/Creator artifacts are installed and authenticated; actual discovered instructions match the delivered skill mirrors, callers and packaged closure. The maintained authorized route qualifies the selected organization outcome/delivery field, preserved views, exact enrollment and installed programme continuation, selected product-board routing, and recovery from an old handoff. Demonstrate that a blocked outcome does not hide an independent enrolled delivery, unselected children gain no scheduling authority, incomplete reads remain Unknown, and source completion remains distinct from installed/native obligations. Qualify retained coordinator upgrade and a bounded restart/rollback to the recorded accepted caller/binding without losing human planning or original operations.
