Existing implementation owners and original operations are preserved.

Done when: Complete V3-ENV-01.1–.7 for one finite supplied profile: qualified host-backed ephemeral storage and bounded build comparison, enforcing execution and independent cleanup, coherent publication and installed adoption, automatic allocation/binding/launch/teardown and worker-loss recovery after one-time setup without a human host-agent dependency, and the declared two-machine blank-slate and restart/reboot journeys. Record the benefit disposition and scoped adoption/rollback.

Current deliverable: Child #4745's repaired wrapper 58f51ed and disabled profile 30b3751 are available within their source/preparation scopes. The latest Home supplier disposition, at 04:56:10 UTC on 2026-10-21, confirms that the current owner lacks the supplied already authenticated, aggregate-bounded admin endpoint/bootstrap. All 88 methods remain UNRUN; no admin/source clock, accepted setup or test result is claimed.
