No existing wiki page documented the team's process for identifying and preparing spare parts before competition.

Changes

  • Competition/Preparing Spares.md — new page covering:
    • Process: mentor independently reviews each mechanism → calls in a student for their input → combined list drives what to make/order
    • Purchased components rule: stock 1 spare per unit used (e.g. 4 pulleys used → 4 pulleys in spare box)
    • Spare types: CNC-only, hand-fabricated, CNC + hand work (counter-sinking), and completed spare mechanisms
