Add Robot Name Voting wiki page

Documents the team's standard process for selecting a competition robot name each season — currently undocumented tribal knowledge.

Changes

• General/Robot Name Voting.md — new page covering:
  • Naming criteria: name should match robot design, game theme, or ideally both
  • Gathering names: open submission from any team member, collected informally and listed on the whiteboard
  • Voting process: three-round whiteboard tally system — Round 1 (2 votes each, initial cut), Round 2 (repeat Round 1 with 2 votes each until narrowed to 2 or 3 names), Round 3 (1 vote each → winner)
  • Voting system: tally marks on the whiteboard; tied names in Round 1 all advance to Round 2

Round 2 should be: repeat round 1 until we get to down to 2 or 3 names then move on to final voting as Round 3

Updated in accf4f2. The voting process is now 3 rounds: Round 1 (initial 2-vote cut), Round 2 (repeat Round 1 with 2 votes until narrowed to 2 or 3 names), Round 3 (final 1-vote decision).
