fix: correct swapped vendor-repo URLs in README table

Corrects the README table where Staubli and Motoman vendor repository URLs were swapped.

Hi @ maintainers, this PR corrects the swapped vendor-repo URLs in the README table.

The current README shows:

• Staubli → motoman repo (incorrect)
• Motoman → staubli_val3_driver repo (incorrect)

After fix:

• Staubli → staubli_val3_driver repo (correct)
• Motoman → motoman repo (correct)

This is a 2-line fix. Happy to make any adjustments! 🙏
