Wiki page: Install in Debian 13 / Devuan 6

Hello!
Thank you very much for amazing FOSS project!

I had some troubles installing it in Debian 13, so I created a fork and a wiki page there:
https://github.com/vazhnov/SonicEval/wiki/Install-in-Debian-13-(or-Devuan-6)

I would like to move it to the upstream 🙂

I see 3 options:

• Activate "wiki" in your project (Settings → General → Features → Wikis).
• Publish it is a markdown file in your repository, without a wiki.
• Do not do anything, I will keep it in my fork then.
