Docs updates for E/A#97671

Expensify/App#97671 added a Download receipts bulk action to the multi-select menu on the Spend > Expenses and Spend > Reports search pages. It lets members download the receipt images from the selected expenses or reports as a single ZIP file, using the same export status modal as the existing PDF/CSV downloads.

What changed in the help site

Updated Search-and-Download-Expenses.md (Export Expenses and Reports) to reflect the new behavior:

  • Added a Download receipts section with steps for both the Reports and Expenses pages.
  • Added it to the Export Options list at the top of the article.
  • Added two FAQ entries: "Can I download receipts in bulk?" and "Why do I see 'No receipts to download'?".
  • Added related keywords (download receipts, receipts ZIP) to the metadata.

Verification notes

  • The bulk-action label Download receipts is taken verbatim from the merged translation string (common.downloadReceipts).
  • Navigation labels (Spend > Expenses / Reports, Selected) were confirmed against the current New Expensify UI and match the labels already used elsewhere in this article.
  • The download flow reuses the same status modal as the existing Download as PDF export, so the status-window copy mirrors that section.

@truph01, please review the files changed and confirm they reflect the current behavior. Then post a new comment saying @MelvinBot mark this PR as ready for review.

There's nothing for me to fix here — the only failing check is Check independent approval (the "Verify peer review" step), and every other check is passing.

That check isn't a code or test failure. It fails because the PR doesn't yet have an approval from an independent reviewer, and it clears on its own once someone reviews and approves. Pushing a commit won't resolve it.

This is a docs-only PR (Search-and-Download-Expenses.md). Once you've reviewed the changes and they look right, go ahead and post @MelvinBot mark this PR as ready for review, and it can proceed through the normal review/approval flow.
