HelpDot Documentation Review

Overall Assessment

This is a minimal cleanup PR that removes a placeholder screenshot note (**ADD A SCREENSHOT HERE.** Suggestion: Deleting a workspace via the three-dot menu in the Workspaces tab.) from the billing and subscriptions article. The removed line was editorial scaffolding that should never have been visible to end users or AI consumers. Removing it is the correct action.

Scores Summary

  • Readability: 10/10 - Removing an internal placeholder note directly improves readability for end users. No new content was introduced that could detract from clarity.
  • AI Readiness: 10/10 - The deleted line was noise for AI retrieval systems. Its removal means the section now flows cleanly from the warning note into the next heading without an irrelevant directive in between.
  • Style Compliance: 10/10 - The deletion aligns with style standards. Placeholder or draft instructions should not appear in published documentation.

Key Findings

  • The removed placeholder was clearly intended as an internal authoring reminder, not user-facing content. Deleting it is appropriate and unambiguously positive.
  • No new content was introduced, so there is no risk of regressions in quality, formatting, or tone.
  • The surrounding blank-line structure remains correct after the deletion (the **Note:** line is followed by a --- separator and then the next ## heading).

Recommendations

  • No changes needed for this PR. It is ready to merge as-is.
  • For future consideration (pre-existing, not introduced by this PR): The file contains other cleanup opportunities such as (LINK) placeholders on lines 113 and 123, and a trailing space in **Subscription ** on line 68. These could be addressed in a follow-up PR.

Files Reviewed

  • docs/articles/new-expensify/billing-and-subscriptions/Add-a-payment-card-and-view-your-subscription.md -- Placeholder screenshot note removed. Clean deletion, no issues.

This review covers only the proposed changes in the diff. Pre-existing file issues are noted for awareness but did not affect scoring.
