feat: add Telegram community group link across repo

Summary

Adds the official DukaPay Telegram community group link (\https://t.me/+eRqhka27TVo0NzM8\) across the repo so users and contributors can find community support and discussion.

Changes

• README.md: Telegram badge in the header badges row + new \Community\ section
• CONTRIBUTING.md: New \Community\ section linking to the Telegram group
• docs/LANDING_PAGE_DESIGN.md: Documented the new hero CTA
• Landing page (\LandingPage.tsx): New \Join our Telegram\ secondary CTA in the hero, next to \Enter the Citadel\
• i18n: Added \hero.telegram\ / \hero.telegramUrl\ to \en, \es, \ l\ message catalogs
• send-remittance footer: \Contact Support\ now links to the Telegram group (was a dead #\ link)
• Test: Added assertion that the Telegram link renders with correct \href\ and opens in a new tab
