When weapons are grouped only the first weapon gets loaded with ammo

Describe the bug
Bug - When weapons are grouped only the first weapon gets loaded with ammo. Tested ships - Battleships / Marauders

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Purchase a battleship and or maybe any ship and assemble.
Purchase and fit appropriate weapon type Laser / Hybrid / Missile / Gun
Purchase ammo for weapon type frequency crystals / hybrid ammo / missiles / ammo
Undock from station and group weapons.
Right click on weapon and load ammo.
Only on weapon will get loaded.

Expected behavior
When you right click and load weapons when grouped all weapons should get loaded.

Bug - Also when grouping weapons when loaded will cause weapons to unload.

i seem to recall a few weird bugs with my grouping system when loading charges.
this will need a bit of tracing to determine cause....i dont know offhand.

when grouping weapons, they will auto-unload. this is not a bug.
all charges must be same in grouped weapons, and this is how i enforce it.
