kube-vip 은 쿠버네티스 API 리스로 리더를 뽑아 etcd 과반을 잃으면 VIP 를 놓는다. 글과 사본을 keepalived, 대전 서비스 externalIPs, Patroni failsafe, CoreDNS 노드마다 하나, NVR 이관 sidecar 기준으로 고쳤다.
재구축 스크립트를 처음 실제로 돌리며 고친 결함(mawk 주소 읽기, Longhorn NotFound, 컬렉션 버전 고정)과 그동안 사본에 빠져 있던 호스트 키 고정, QDevice 선택, Ollama NFS 저장소·상태 에이전트를 옮겼다.
pve03 에 허브·대전 cp-3·worker-3 을 더해 etcd 가 control plane 3멤버가 되고 원격 NAS 투표자를 뺐다. 글과 사본이 두 노드·NAS 투표자를 전제해 따라 하면 옛 구성이 되므로 노드 목록, 재구축 조건, Longhorn 디스크 저장소·부팅 순서, 게스트를 두 차례로 내리는 재부팅 스크립트, 프록시 신뢰 주소를 맞췄다.
