- Created app_zh.arb with complete Chinese translations (495+ translation keys)
- Generated app_localizations_zh.g.dart using flutter gen-l10n
- Updated settings_language_screen.dart to show '简体中文' display name
- Updated app_localizations.g.dart with Chinese locale support
- Updated l10n.yaml configuration
- Updated pubspec.yaml for proper localization generation
