So far,
CO2Storageutilized in an inner constructor to specify that theStorageBehaviormust beAccumulatingStrategic. This leads to issues withEnergyModelsRecedingHorizonas the initialization in each optimization horizon requires the application ofRecedingAccumulating.This adjusted within this PR.
