Remove PrefixedRegistry #181

Currently used to allow Fusion to run multiple services under a single application by prefixing the commands of each running service to avoid collisions. A better approach would be to give each service its own registry again and instead handle delegating commands from Fusion (e.g. the command login uptime would forward that command to the login service).
