This is Magma code which accompanies the pre-print: 'Intersections of the Ekedahl-Oort and Newton strata of A_5'
The file 'generalfunctions.m' contains functions which compute additions of elmentary sequences. The main functions are:
- addition : whose input is two elementary sequences (of any dimension) with no common factors and the output is their sum
- mult: whose input is an indecomposable elementary sequence t and a positive integer m, and it output is the elementary sequence obtained by adding t to itself m times
The file: ver.m contains the matrices defined by the explicit constructions of Section 5
