If you are developer with mysql and magento knowledge you can use this extension and use your cities list (directory_country_region_city). If you don't have the cities list like bellow exemple ,you we'll give us the cities and region and we'll can format for 150€. If you have the cities list formatted like the example bellow,we can import this for 70€. If you have a customize checkout,you are using a different checkout system from one step checkout, we can develop the extension for your version for 90€. If you want to use this extension on Magento 1.5 to 1.7, you need to contact us because we have only a beta version for this Magento versions.
