Ipx pdlp error

Adds a commented-out unit test that exposes highs_debug_level as a cause of error - due to info_ not being defined when using IPM/PDLP before the call to debugHighsLpSolution in HighsSolve.cpp.

Branch contains a couple of printf removals, and a fix for EMS read, so merge these and (later) fix #2506
