При потере ответа POST start CLI завершался с ReadTimeout, хотя сервер уже запускал скан. Обработка 409 также принимала пустую или отменённую стадию за успешный запуск.
После Timeout/ConnectionError, HTTP 409 или 502/503/504 CLI проверяет существующий scan_id, максимум шестью GET-запросами. Повторного POST нет. Подтверждается только известная стадия с корректным ID и непустым статусом. FAIL/CANCELLED и ошибки доступа сохраняют ошибочный результат; при неопределённости сообщение содержит ID скана.
Проверка: полный pytest, 443 passed, 1 skipped. Включены полные сценарии с --nowait и ожиданием результата после потерянного ответа, проверки ограниченного количества запросов и некорректных состояний.

Задержку синхронного обработчика на сервере эта правка не устраняет. Scanyon/Clark и инфраструктура не изменяются.
