CLI автоматически выбирала iOS 14 даже при наличии iOS 16. Теперь в Kubernetes и монолитном режиме применяется приоритет iOS 16 → 15 → 14 независимо от порядка каталога. Явный architecture_id в монолите, выбор Android и fallback при отсутствии известных версий сохраняются.

Проверка: 410 passed, 1 skipped локально. На dev выбран iOS 16, скан 20399 завершился SUCCESS/PARTIAL_COMPLETE, exit 0, JSON/PDF получены. Полноту скана ограничивает отсутствие app_dump; это отдельная проблема окружения.
