Security updates to core components and electron itself.
Fixes issues some users have with running 0.6 on windows (I hope).

Fixed

• Mac addresses are now converted to lowercase when writing XML files
• Some smaller optimisations.

Added

• Ability to save the xml file out to a different location. Useful to share with others, or so you can save your frequently used configs to a file.
• Ability to open xml files into the app. This is not quite working in all situations yet but I'm working on it!

Version 0.5

A few bug fixes:

• Ex now properly accepts all cards, and you can have it with only one VPU, rather than all or nothing.
• Windows build shouldn't error when exiting - which it did for some users.
• Windows build more reliable loading
