Summary

• Productize the Anchor Learning Android Private Alpha and the static Web Demo homepage.
• Keep the Android application identity at cc.eu.playlab.anchor with release candidate 1.0.0+2005.
• Keep the homepage and /app/ boundary explicit: the homepage is a static product/demo surface, while /app/ is the browser app.
• Remove the formal A01-A10 cohort from technical release readiness. Cohort evidence remains optional research metadata and is never synthesized.

• GitHub Actions run 34914768418 passed Analyze Code, Run Tests, Test Web Demo, Android signing-secret checks, and the Android Debug APK smoke build.

Release Boundary

• PR Productize Anchor Learning Private Alpha and homepage #1 was merged to main as commit 94a306a.
• web/landing is deployed to Cloudflare Pages production at https://anchor.playlab.eu.cc/.
• Production smoke checks passed for /, /app/, and /app/index.html (301 redirect to /app/); deployed headers include the configured CSP and clickjacking/content-type protections.
• This work does not publish an APK to an external download service, create a GitHub release, or invite real users.
• Optional cohort research can be recorded later without changing the technical readiness decision.
