This protocol is used to calculate dataset6 for abundance and species richness of ground-dwelling arthropods. fourth_corner.R is for calculating in ade4 library. FD_funcomp.R is for calculating Functional diversity in FD library. Rao.diversity.R is for calculating FD(Rao) of CANOCO5 and then testing it with lm(). Rscript glmmTMB.R is used to calculate abundance and species richness of ground-dwelling arthropods. We have used to divide dataset by Treatment (Retention, Clearcut, Ecotone); Season (Spring, Summer, Autumn); and Functional group (Detritivore, Predator, Omnivore, Herbivore, Saproxylic)
