- GitHub Actions CI (test on push/PR) and release workflow (static binaries + checksums on tag push via softprops/action-gh-release)
- curl|bash installer (scripts/install.sh) for zero-dependency installs
- Fix ResolveAgentPath to find forgevm-agent via exec.LookPath
- Makefile release-build target for static binaries + checksums
- README rewrite: E2B comparison table, LLM integration examples (OpenAI + Claude tool calling), all 48 API endpoints, multi-user pools, extended file ops in SDK examples
- Extended file operations (move, chmod, stat, glob, delete) across providers, orchestrator, API routes, and Python/TypeScript SDKs
- Multi-user VM pool support with configurable overflow policy
- Security: remove API key printing from test scripts, replace hardcoded local paths with dotenv, mask key output to last 4 chars
