问题: - d-toc-kit 与 D-TOC Kit 无法直接表达这是一个复数 skill 套件。 变更: - 将品牌、仓库安装路径与包元数据统一为 toc-skills / TOC Skills。 - 保留 ~/.d-toc 与 d-toc.solution-trail 作为兼容运行时协议。 原因: - 复数名称准确表达 14 个可组合 TOC skills，并去掉 D- 前缀与 Kit 后缀。 验证: - npm test：48/48 PASS。 - git diff --cached --check：PASS。 风险: - GitHub 仓库 URL 和本地目录需同步迁移；GitHub 会为旧 URL 提供重定向。 关联: - Refs #29

d-toc-kit重命名为toc-skills~/.d-toc与d-toc.solution-trail，避免破坏已有案例库和数据 schema验证
