Changes

• Coordinate automatic updates in the waiting worker only after every app tab flushes its learning data. Failed, slow, unresponsive or older tabs keep the release pending.
• Stamp pages, worker, asset manifest and uncached release manifest with one build revision. Keep offline navigation and safe per-generation cache cleanup.
• Preserve practice/exam questions and answers, workbench drafts, route/query/hash; first installation does not reload.
• Repair Progress introduction with approved teal Blueprint styling and exact requested copy, keyboard focus, dark and forced colors.
• Corrected primary Vercel production branch from the stale feature branch to main; domain release verification follows merge.

Verification

• pnpm verify: 233 Node tests, 5 Vitest tests; typecheck 0 errors/warnings, production build 61 pages.
• Production offline/no-script browser checks: 2 passed; stamped artifact check: 1 passed.
• Real two-build lifecycle suite: 6 passed (tabs, saving failures/timeouts, reconnection, precache failure, rollback, practice/exam recovery).
• Progress browser/accessibility checks: 5 passed (mobile/tablet/desktop/Firefox/WebKit), dark and forced colors.
• Dependency audit: no known vulnerabilities.
• Independent UI/PWA critic reviewed code and screenshots; findings resolved, no remaining observed blocker.

Boundaries

No dependency additions or database migration. Existing math grading preserved. Unrelated local whitespace edit in use-persistence-flush.ts excluded. Required CI must pass before merge. See docs/RELIABLE_RELEASE_PROGRESS_RECEIPT.md.
