Prompt Library had already been removed from the active Paseo installation, while Notes and Linear were still registered as agent-context panels and therefore could not appear in Paseo's workspace + menu. QA Review was also no longer useful and should not remain part of the maintained suite.
This removes Prompt Library and the complete QA Review implementation, updates the repository to describe the remaining three plugins, and registers Workspace Notes and Linear with workspace context. Notes keeps agent refinement by selecting the most recently updated agent in the workspace.
