My passion lies at the intersection of health and technology.
I came to software from the health world. I worked as a personal trainer, earned a B.Sc. in Nutrition Science, and started building websites on the side, which turned into an obsession with performance and UX.
In 2021 I made it my career, and I've spent it shipping production apps used by millions of passengers and hundreds of thousands of members.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on impactful and large-scale projects including:
- OBOS app — React Native/TypeScript app for 640k+ members; activation, engagement, and A/B experimentation at scale
- Flytoget TVMs — ticket vending machines for Norway's airport express train (7M+ annual passengers): VayaPay payments, CashGuard cash handling, printers, QR scanners
- Hotel self-check-in kiosks — 99.8% uptime, five lock-system vendors, Adyen payments, passport scanners via Android native modules
- Salita – led frontend for one of Norway’s leading platforms for language and interpretation services handling 15,000+ monthly orders
- iBønn and iFaste – volunteer full-stack work on Scandinavia's most-used Islamic apps (10–20k daily users)
I thrive in fast-paced environments, stay endlessly curious, and am committed to continuous learning as both a developer and a human.
- Scaling the OBOS mobile app (React Native/TypeScript) through activation, engagement, and conversion for 640k+ members
- Data-informed product work: A/B experimentation and analytics with Amplitude
- Fullstack delivery across mobile and web with React, Next.js, and Azure
- Code should be simple, scalable, and human-readable
- Great products are built by curious minds and tight feedback loops
- Continuous learning and collaboration are the heart of software
- Tech is a tool to improve lives, especially in health, education, and community
