Normalise Microsoft product names to their official full forms in grip.json (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Cloud Apps/Office 365, Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, Microsoft Entra Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management) and make the noun 'licence' consistent across the English UI strings. Closes #23

- Add the live site link (grip.ravensberg.org) and a Matrix-view screenshot to the README. - Remove the webinar/Microsoft Elevate framing from the README intro and disclaimer. - Let the footer disclaimer text span the full width. - Update the E2E assertion to the normalised Microsoft Entra Conditional Access product name.
