* Cut `private` from page * Add page to nav; add to Further Reading
* Remove Tag Policies API reference page The Tag Policies endpoints are no longer in the API spec, so these pages rendered as empty stubs. Also removes the dangling further_reading link from the Telemetry Rules page. * Redirect Tag Policies API URLs to Tag Rules Add aliases on each Tag Rules endpoint page so the removed Tag Policies URLs redirect to their equivalent instead of 404ing, and repoint the Telemetry Rules further_reading link at Tag Rules.
