* Add Transition Forms page for Incident Management Document how to configure a form per incident status, which fields and responder roles a form can hold, how required fields gate a transition, and where transition forms apply. Add the page to the Incident Settings side nav and the setup and configuration index. Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Correct field limit, surfaces, and migration note Raise the per-form field limit to 20, drop the unverified Microsoft Teams claim, and note that fields previously collected at a status appear as optional fields on that status's form. Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Place Transition Forms between Property Fields and Responder Types Renumber the Incident Settings side nav weights so Transition Forms sits at 203, and move the link to the same position in the setup and configuration index list. Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Trim Transition Forms page to setup and field selection Reword the overview, rewrite the field-selection step to link property fields and responder types, and note that any field can be marked required. Remove the available forms, require fields, deletion, property field settings, behavior outside the UI, and further reading sections, along with the reference links and frontmatter they used. Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Reword overview and reduce page to setup steps Expand the overview to cover why forms are used and when responders see them. Fold the required-field note into the field selection step, and remove the field selection section, the form deletion sentence, and the description frontmatter. Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add an example transition form image * Add example transition form image to the overview Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Mark the Prompt user field option as deprecated Add a note under Prompt user pointing to transition forms as the replacement. Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Note that fields can be required or optional Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Add a description to the Transition Forms frontmatter Environment: Datadog workspace Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * Update the deprecated "Prompt user" option sentence Co-authored-by: github-actions[bot] <41898282+github-actions[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * Update hugo/content/en/incident_response/incident_management/setup_and_configuration/property_fields.md Co-authored-by: Janine Chan <64388808+janine-c@users.noreply.github.com> * Update hugo/content/en/incident_response/incident_management/setup_and_configuration/transition_forms.md Co-authored-by: Janine Chan <64388808+janine-c@users.noreply.github.com> * Update hugo/content/en/incident_response/incident_management/setup_and_configuration/transition_forms.md Co-authored-by: Janine Chan <64388808+janine-c@users.noreply.github.com> * Update hugo/content/en/incident_response/incident_management/setup_and_configuration/transition_forms.md Co-authored-by: Janine Chan <64388808+janine-c@users.noreply.github.com> * Update hugo/content/en/incident_response/incident_management/setup_and_configuration/transition_forms.md Co-authored-by: Janine Chan <64388808+janine-c@users.noreply.github.com> * Remove the deprecated prompt user option note --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Co-authored-by: github-actions[bot] <41898282+github-actions[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Janine Chan <64388808+janine-c@users.noreply.github.com>
…ngside DDOT (#39530) * Document namespace-scoping gotcha for Datadog Operator alongside DDOT When installing the core Agent via the Datadog Operator on the same nodes as a standalone DDOT Collector, the Operator's default Helm-chart namespace watch scope silently prevents the DatadogAgent resource from reconciling if it's created in a different namespace. * Update hugo/content/en/opentelemetry/setup/ddot_collector/install/kubernetes_standalone.md Co-authored-by: melamos <melissa.amos@gmail.com> * Update hugo/content/en/opentelemetry/setup/ddot_collector/install/kubernetes_standalone.md Co-authored-by: melamos <melissa.amos@gmail.com> --------- Co-authored-by: melamos <melissa.amos@gmail.com>

The Salesforce Incidents integration has been deprecated and its integration page was already removed. Clean up the remaining redirect aliases that point /integrations/salesforce_incidents/ and /integrations/salesforce-incidents/ to the integrations index.
