Wires the three Roku RUM pages that render no unsupported-site banner to the existing rum_roku key, matching the seven sibling pages that already carry it. No unsupported_sites change: rum_roku: [gov,gov2] is already registered. troubleshooting.md is generated from troubleshooting.mdoc.md and picks up the id from its source.
