Improves the UX of the `exfig init` command by making the `--platform` argument optional. If the argument is missing and the command is run in an interactive terminal, the user is prompted to select a platform from a list. This simplifies onboarding for new users who might not know the exact platform keys. * Added `CaseIterable` conformance to `Platform` in `Sources/ExFigCore/Platform.swift`. * Updated `GenerateConfigFile` in `Sources/ExFig/Subcommands/GenerateConfigFile.swift` to handle optional platform and prompt interactively. * Used `TTYDetector.isTTY` to ensure prompts only occur in interactive environments.
