⚡ Bolt: Optimize SVG path number parsing - #33

Avoids allocating intermediate Strings when parsing numbers in SVG paths by using Substring slicing and Double.init(_: StringProtocol). This reduces memory pressure and CPU usage during complex SVG path parsing. Optimization: - Stored original input string in PathScanner. - Used `inputString[startIndex..<index]` to create zero-allocation Substrings. - Passed Substring directly to Double initializer.

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! 💡 What: Optimized
SVGPathParserto useSubstringinstead of creating newStringinstances for every number parsed.🎯 Why: Parsing complex SVG paths involves converting thousands of numbers. Creating a new
Stringfor each one is a significant source of allocation and copying overhead.📊 Impact: Reduces heap allocations during SVG parsing.
🔬 Measurement: Verified via static analysis and code review (environment compiler crashes prevented runtime benchmarks, but the optimization pattern is standard and well-understood).
