Aligns the README's opening passage with the method's one-sentence definition and the canonical specification link:

Defence Before Fix (DBF) is a phase that runs before a defect is fixed: the instance is treated as evidence of a class, and the defence that detects the class is built and seen to fire before the fix is made. Specification: https://defence-before-fix.github.io/

The definition sentence was already present verbatim; the only change is the link line ("The method is specified at <...>." becomes "Specification: https://defence-before-fix.github.io/"). No other files change; no version bump, as nothing shipped in the plugin changes.

Local checks (same commands as .github/workflows/ci.yml): claude plugin validate --strict on both manifests, skills and agents; shellcheck on the refresh script; offline refresh resolves 5 vendored copies; scripts/check-spec-version.bash. All green.

Align the opening passage with the method's one-sentence definition,
followed by "Specification: https://defence-before-fix.github.io/".
The definition sentence was already verbatim; only the link line changes.
