Two internal-platform slices: Platform owner console (plan 410; IAM-026, BUA-024, WEB-025): - v4 platform-admin-overview contract, fixtures, and generated models - IAM platform operator assignment (additive platform_operators migration, deny-by-default current-role authority adapter) - IAM identity and BUA billing analytics ports with Prisma adapters - protected GET /v1/platform-admin/overview with 401/403/503 problem details - localized /platform-admin web console: KPIs, trends, distributions, bounded recent tables, loading/forbidden/error states - platform-owner@databreeze.local seed account with synthetic aggregates Landing feedback intake (plan 411; WEB-026, WEB-027): - public throttled POST /v1/landing/feedbacks validated against the closed lfb-landing-feedback-command contract; IP admission reuses the shared Redis counter and registration HMAC key with an lfb-specific prefix (5/hour); 400/429/503 problem details; only one-way digests stored - new lfb schema, landing_feedbacks migration, bounded in-memory/Prisma adapters, and an lfb-owned bounded list port - protected bounded GET /v1/platform-admin/feedbacks for active operators; tenant Owner/Admin receives 403 - landing form submits for real with vi/en status copy; the prototype fake success and its misleading footer copy are removed - console Feedbacks tab is server-authoritative; the hardcoded 12-row mock is deleted and moved to deterministic local seed rows - WEB-026/WEB-027 specs, traceability manifest entries for both slices, OpenAPI refresh, and plans restructured into the Task format Verified: contracts 56/56 with codegen in sync, API typecheck and new or extended feature tests green, OpenAPI valid and in sync, web 276/276 and build within the bundle budget, prisma foundation green, plan traceability 9/9. Remaining API suite failures are the pre-existing MOBILE_DATABASE_REQUIRED set already failing on main.
