Hardens the post-merge V1 platform and corrects semantic claims for the V1.0.1 maintenance release.
The platform audit updates GitHub Actions to Node 24-compatible releases, prevents cross-origin credential forwarding, makes run reservation race-safe, records truthful pipeline failure stages, and strengthens the mock-tested BigQuery boundary. The semantic audit clarifies GitHub field semantics, internal thresholds, community metrics, and V2-only capabilities.
Validation: compileall PASS; Ruff check/format PASS; 149 tests PASS. GitHub E2E was not re-run because no token was available in the process environment. BigQuery remains mock-tested. Breaking changes: none.
