[bug] not all assemblers/recipes etc are imported into the preset

**Describe the bug**
Playing with a small list of different planets, not everything is recognized by Foreman. It feels like it detects only stuff from Lignumis.

**To Reproduce**
I can share the save if necessary to sync mods.
