Do not merge this branch in its current state. Rebase it onto the current main branch and resolve the changes added after this branch started. Audit each steel-section value against a traceable source. Do not state that EN 10365 supplies a property unless the cited source contains that property. Keep the catalog scope explicit, and run the full test and demo suite after the rebase.

Resolve the conflict between the standard section catalog and the interference-fit release already merged to main. Keep both features. Consolidate the duplicate CI verification step.
Document the covered range, the value provenance, and the data audit for the section catalog. Add deterministic tests that verify the catalog consistency against EN 10365 values. Add repository metadata and CI concurrency. Bump the version to 0.4.0.
