Fixed Mermaid flowchart syntax — Node labels containing colons (Step 1:, Step 2:, Step 3:) were wrapped in double quotes (["..."]) so Mermaid's lexer can parse them correctly and render the chart.
Added VARS_FILE_PATH path resolution note — A blockquote was added after the ansible-playbook run command explaining that Ansible resolves VARS_FILE_PATH relative to the playbook directory.
