PoN name is not assigned #65

Ciao guys,
when running ichorcna by building the panel of normals, it seems that the parameter "--pon_name" is lost.
I've run two independent analyses, gave the PoNs names like "PoN_1" or "PoN2" and in both cases the name was not assigned, but the result is "PoN_median.rds" for both.
Could you fixed it, please?

Weird. It should be set.
samurai/conf/modules.config

I'm sure I did something weird with the scoping here...

It looks like the SAMURAI version was outdated, as it was before the actual fix landed on Dec 16th. Closing for now, feel free to reopen if it still persists.
