There are key enhancements we want before the publication: many are related to display and do not lead to crashes, but look ugly. However, others (e.g., LayoutManager) are under-the-hod improvements that are necessary.

Not all files are equal: we want good coverage for unit testing, it does not have to be perfect for now. 90% will be sufficient. All files except `Ray`, `Rays`, `Matrix` and `ImagingPath` must have 90% or more.
