Documentation Fix

File: CUSTOM_NODES_REPORT.md
Line: 50
Category: grammar
Severity: minor

Problem

The relative clause that is installed but failed to import joins a passive present-tense verb (is installed) with an active past-tense verb (failed) under one that. The second predicate needs its own auxiliary so both halves read consistently: that is installed but has failed to import.

so a pack that is installed but failed to import looks the same as a missing one

Fix

- so a pack that is installed but failed to import looks the same as a missing one
+ so a pack that is installed but has failed to import looks the same as a missing one

Verification

  • Fix applied to the exact sentence
  • No other occurrences in the file
  • No functional code changes - documentation only

Found by a documentation audit (fingerprint 48c2c26bf8fe2c62).
