Technologies Used

Installation

1. Copy the project into a directory accessible by your PHP server.

3. Place the source CSV file in the project directory as file_example.csv, or update the file path in index.php.

cd /var/www/html/php-excel-file-updater

Usage

1. Open index.php.
2. Customize the transformation logic as needed, for example:

$data[7] = "Written by Cyrus"; // Updates the 8th column (index 7)

3. Access the script through your web server:

http://localhost/php-excel-file-updater/index.php

4. The processed file will be generated as:

file_example_fixed.csv
